Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Some roles at Cox may necessitate in-person work – for example, retail sales roles, field technicians, etc. Regardless of whether a role permits remote work, in-person work or hybrid work, Cox's culture of flexibility permeates each team and employees are encouraged to work with their managers to prioritize work-life balance.
Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?
You can apply and get approval to be full-time remote. If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
